Peter, an outcast at his own job, believes that his baldness is the root cause of his colleagues’ disdain towards him. He feels their scorn dripping from every strand. He’s paranoid that his boss Owen’s resentment is growing with every follicle that falls from his scalp. All Peter wants to do is fit in. When Brad, a new employee with a luxuriant mane, steps onto the scene he is almost immediately given Peter’s accounts. Peter’s worst nightmare is coming true. In a twist of fate, Peter’s pent-up resentment towards Brad leads to an unintended tragedy - a fatal fall off a chair. With Brad dead, Peter thinks he might be able to ingratiate himself again with Owen, but trying to do this at the funeral only serves to make things worse. Now, with his job hanging by a thread, Peter’s desperation reaches its peak. He concocts a follicularly-challenged scheme, a last-ditch effort to regrow his standing in the office. Will his unconventional solution to blend in finally unlock the office's acceptance, or will it lead to an irreversible snip in his professional life?
